At Do Well Feel Great, we wholly believe in and embrace the Holistic approach to wellness, concentrating on the overall needs of the individual as a person and not simply focusing on calories/carbs/fats/proteins, or on just pounds & inches. Our practice is driven by the concept of bio-individuality, that one person’s food is another person’s poison, and that there is no “one-size-fits-all” answer to people’s individual health and nutritional needs. Our approach focuses on introducing and adding-in healthier foods and activities into peoples’ lives rather than on creating a sense of deprivation or restriction, or on labeling foods in a negative way.
Working together one-on-one with our clients with a non-judgmental, proactive approach we also help them to overcome self-sabotage and self-limiting beliefs which may be preventing them from achieving their health and wellness goals and from living and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

As stated above, all of our programs are unique and specifically tailored to the individual needs of each client. Coaching sessions are conducted either via phone, Skype, or Facetime for the comfort and convenience of our clients.
